Abstract

"CONTROLADOR DE OPERAçãO DE VáLVULA". A presente invenção refere-se a um controlador de operação de válvula para um motor de combustão interna que é provido de modo a definir otimamente uma sincronização de abertura de válvula e uma sincronização de fechamento de válvula para uma válvula de entrada de acordo com um estado operacional do motor de combustão interna a fim de aumentar a eficiência do combustível e a força do motor de combustão interna, eliminar a estagnação do combustível na válvula de entrada e a aderência da válvula de entrada em seu assento de válvula, e reduzir o custo e peso. O controlador de operação de válvula controla as operações de abrir e fechar das válvulas de descarga (EV1, EV2) e das primeira e segunda válvulas de entrada (IV1, IV2) dispostas em um cilindro (4). Um mecanismo operacional de válvula eletromagnética (5) abre e fecha eletromagneticamente a primeira válvula de entrada (IV1). Um mecanismo operacional de válvula do tipo came (6) abre e fecha a segunda válvula de entrada (IV2) com um came de entrada (11) disposto sobre um eixo de came (10) acionado em sincronismo com a rotação do motor de combustão interna (3). O mecanismo operacional de válvula do tipo came (6) pode gerar um derramamento de cilindro dentro de uma câmara de combustão do cilindro (4). Um ECU (2) controla as operações do mecanismo operacional de válvula eletromagnética (5) e do mecanismo operacional de válvula do tipo came.
