Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de injeção de combustível para motores de combustão interna possui um tubo de distribuição e uma bomba de alta pressão, acionada na dependência do número de rotações de motor, a qual serve para a produção da pressão e vazão de combustível requeridas no respectivo estado de operação do motor de combustão interna no tubo de distribuição, bem como, ainda, uma unidade de dosagem de combustivel, conjugada à bomba de alta pressão, a qual se baseia em uma válvula de regulagem (11) ativada eletromagneticamente. A unidade de dosagem de combustível (10, 11) é disposta na bomba de alta pressão, e a saída (36) da válvula de regulagem (11) desemboca na região de baixa pressão da bomba de alta pressão. A entrada (32, 34) da válvula de regulagem (11) é ligada com o lado de pressão de uma bomba de transporte prévio. A válvula de regulagem (11) apresenta um na posição de abertura êmbolo de válvula (23), solicitado por mola de compressão (25), o qual pode ser ativado por um pino de induzido (14) do eletroímã (10) contra a força de mola na posição de fechamento. A particularidade consiste no fato de que no êmbolo de válvula (23) são dispostas pelo menos uma, de preferência várias, aberturas radiais (35) que estão em ligação ativa com o lado de sucção da bomba de alta pressão.
