Abstract
"SISTEMA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL A GASOLINA PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA, E, MéTODOS PARA CONTROLAR A OPERAçãO DE UM SISTEMA DE INJEçãO DE GASOLINA DIRETA DE ALIMENTADOR COMUM DE ALTA PRESSãO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA, E PARA CONTROLAR UM SISTEMA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL A GASOLINA DE ALIMENTADOR COMUM". Uma unidade de gerenciamento de motor eletrónica inclui meio para atuar cada injetor individualmente em um momento diferente selecionado, e por um intervalo prescrito, durante cada ciclo do motor. Uma bomba de suprimento de combustível de alta pressão tendo uma passagem de descarga de alta pressão é fluidamente conectada ao alimentador comum, e a uma passagem de entrada de combustível de alimentação de baixa pressão. Um subsistema de controle controla a pressão de descarga da bomba entre eventos de injeção, desviando a descarga de bomba de forma que em vez de distribuir ao alimentador comum, o fluxo recircula pela bomba a uma pressão mais baixa. Isto é preferivelmente realizado por uma passagem de controle de entrada fluidamente conectada à passagem de entrada de combustível de alimentação de baixa pressão, uma passagem de controle de descarga fluidamente conectada à passagem de descarga de alta pressão, e uma válvula de retenção sem retorno na passagem de descarga de alta pressão, entre a passagem de controle de descarga e o alimentador comum, que se abre para o alimentador comum.
