Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"INSTALAçãO DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA"<D>. Uma instalação de injeção de combustível com um reservatório de pressão "Commom-Rail" (2) cheio de combustível sob alta pressão e com um bocal para duas substâncias (3) para a injeção bifluida de combustível e de um líquido aditivo para um motor de combustão interna abrange uma primeira válvula de 2/2 vias (MV1) na tubulação de injeção (6) entre o reservatório de pressão "Common-Rail" (2) e uma câmara de pressão (3.5) envolvendo a agulha de bocal (3.1) do bocal para duas substâncias (3), assim como também uma segunda válvula de 2/2 vias (MV2), cuja entrada está ligada, através de uma tubulação de alimentação (7), com a tubulação de injeção (6) em um local entre a primeira válvula de 2/2 vias (MV1) e a câmara de pressão (3.5), e cuja saída está ligada, através de uma tubulação de escoamento (8), com o lado de baixa pressão de combustível. Com isso, as válvulas de controle magnéticas de 3/2 vias anteriormente usuais de tecnicamente bem mais dispendiosas podem ser substituídas por válvulas de 2/2 vias mais baratas. Ao mesmo tempo, torna-se possível que a dosagem quantitavia para líquido aditivo seja deslocada para um única válvula de dosagem que atende todo um grupo de injetores.
