Abstract

"VáLVULA DE SEMIESFERA". Uma válvula de semiesfera inclui uma carcaça possuindo uma abertura de montagem, uma abertura de haste formada em um lado da carcaça em oposto à abertura de montagem para conectar a cavidade e o lado externo, e um primeiro orifício de conexão inclinado com relação a um eixo da abertura de haste. Uma esfera é acomodada na cavidade da carcaça através da abertura de montagem para ser capaz de girar para comutar entre uma posição aberta na qual o primeiro orifício de conexão está aberto e uma posição fechada na qual o primeiro orifício de conexão está bloqueado. Uma passagem é formada na esfera inclinada com relação a um eixo da abertura de haste sendo conectada ao primeiro orifício de conexão na posição aberta. Uma haste conecta uma alavanca de controle no lado externo da carcaça e a esfera ao longo da abertura de haste. Uma coberta de carcaça possuindo ura segundo orifício de conexão conectado à passagem da esfera está acoplada à carcaça para cobrir a cavidade no lado da abertura de montagem. Um acondicionamento é interposto entre a superfície externa da esfera e uma parede interna da carcaça. Desse modo, o tamanho da esfera pode ser reduzido e, quando a passagem na tubulação é bloqueada, o fluida que flui na tubulação não é confinado na passagem da esfera. Também, não apenas o espaço morto não é formado, mas, também o intervalo entre a esfera e a carcaça é completamente vedado por meio do preenchedor de espaço, de modo que o fluido que flui através da tubulação é impedido de restar no intervalo e de ser depositado em seu interior. Além disso, o conceito de furo cheio pode ser concretizado no qual não existe diferença entre a.quantidade de fluído que está chegando através da entrada e a quantidade de fluido que é descarregada através da saída na válvula de esfera instalada na tubulação. esfera e a carcaça é completamente vedado por meio do preenchedor de espaço, de modo que o fluido que flui através da tubulação é impedido de restar no intervalo e de ser depositado em seu interior. Além disso, o conceito de furo cheio pode ser concretizado no qual não existe diferença entre a quantidade de fluido que está chegando através da entrada e a quantidade de fluido que é descarregada através da saída na válvula de esfera instalada na tubulação.
