Abstract
"FIO-MáQUINA DE AçO DE ALTO-CARBONO COM SUPERIOR TREFILABILIDADE E MéTODO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". Fio-máquina de aço de alto-carbono com trefilabilidade superior tendo a seguinte composição química (% em massa): C 0,6-1,0% Si 0,1-1,5% Mn 0,3-0,9% P não mais 0,02% S não mais 0,03% N não mais 0,005% (opcionalmente, Nb: 0,020-0,050% e V: 0,05-0,02%) sendo remanescentes Fe e inevitáveis impurezas, e a perlita contribuindo na estrutura em não menos que 95% da área e a estrutura se caracterizando pelo fato de a perlita contribuir com não menos que 95% em área e de a perlita ter um diâmetro de nódulo médio (P <109>) não maior que 30 <109>m um espaço de lamela médio (S nm) não menor que 100 nm de modo ser maior que zero o valor de F a partir da fórmula abaixo.
