Abstract

Предлагается способ водного гранулирования кальциевоферритного шлака, который образуется при конвертировании меди и который по весу содержит 10 - 30% СаО. В способе образуют поток воды со скоростью течения 7 - 25 м/с, и кальциевоферритный шлак вводят в поток воды в таком количестве, при котором весовое отношение содержаний воды к шлаку составляет не менее 100. Этим способом может быть эффективно устранено возникновение фреатических взрывов.

Claims (1)

  1. Предлагается способ водного гранулирования кальциевоферритного шлака, который образуется при конвертировании меди и который по весу содержит 10 - 30% СаО. В способе образуют поток воды со скоростью течения 7 - 25 м/с, и кальциевоферритный шлак вводят в поток воды в таком количестве, при котором весовое отношение содержаний воды к шлаку составляет не менее 100. Этим способом может быть эффективно устранено возникновение фреатических взрывов.
