Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE TIRAS OU CHAPAS DE ALMN". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir tiras ou chapas de AlMn para produzir-se componentes por soldagem, em que um material precursor é produzido de um fundido que contém (em peso percentual) Si: 0,3- 1,2%, Fe: <243> 0,5%, Cu: <243> 0,1 %, Mn: 1,0 - 1,8%, Mg:<243> 0,3%, Cr + Zr: 0,05 - 0,4%, Zn: <243> 0,1%, Ti: <243> 0,1%, Sn: <243> 0,15%, e os inevitáveis elementos de companhia, cuja quantidade individual são no máximo 0,05% e cuja soma é no máximo 0,15%, bem como alumínio como restante, em que o material precursor é pré-aquecido a uma temperatura de pré-aquecimento de menos que 520<198>C sobre um tempo de retardo de no máximo 12 horas, em que o material precursor pré-aquecido é laminado a quente em uma tira laminada a quente usando-se uma temperatura final de laminação de pelo menos 250<198>C, em que a tira laminada a quente é laminada a frio em uma tira laminada a frio sem recozimento intermediário.
