Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA MONTAR E AJUSTAR TURBINA DE CAPACIDADE VARIáVEL". A invenção apresenta um método e um dispositivo para montar e ajustar uma turbina de capacidade variável que simplificam o processo de montagem, o que resulta na redução de horas-homem e dos custos de montagem e ajuste, e tornam possível que o ajuste das palhetas de bocal do mecanismo de bocal ajustável seja feito com elevada exatidão sem influência da exatidão nas dimensões das peças constitutivas, tais como a palheta de bocal e do mecanismo de articulação anular, e que o mecanismo de palheta de bocal ajustável seja ajustável sempre que necessário, mesmo depois da montagem da turbina. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que uma série de palhetas de bocal é temporariamente envolvida e retida com um componente de retenção capaz de reter/soltar, como, por exemplo, uma correia, etc., em uma condição na qual as palhetas estão perfeitamente fechadas, com as palhetas entrando em contato umas com as outras; em seguida, o pino de bocal fixado em cada uma das palhetas de bocal e sustentado livre de rotação no engaste de bocal é fixado, por balizamento ou procedimento semelhante, na chapa de alavanca que constitui a parte de ligação do mecanismo de articulação anular, com as palhetas na condição de retenção temporária.
