Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA DISTRIBUIçãO DE POLPA DE CELULOSE DE BAIXA E MéDIA CONSISTêNCIA DE MADEIRA A FORMAR UMA REDE DE POLPA UNIFORME". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo distribuidor para polpa de celulose de baixa e média consistência, na faixa de 2 % até 12 %, dispositivo distribuidor que é utilizado para formar uma rede de polpa uniforme correndo a partir do dispositivo distribuidor em um aparelho tratando a polpa de celulose. O dispositivo distribuidor compreende um gabinete distribuidor cilíndrico disposto horizontalmente e transverso à rede de polpa, e uma abertura de entrada para a polpa de celulose em um terminal do gabinete distribuidor e sobre a lateral da rede de polpa. Por intermédio de um parafuso de alimentação rotativo (14, 15), polpa é alimentada a partir da abertura de entrada e ao longo do comprimento do gabinete distribuidor e a rede é inicialmente formada por intermédio das aberturas de saída (7) ao longo de uma geratriz na superfície de camisa (3a, 3b) do gabinete distribuidor. Uma distribuição otimizada de polpa de baixa concentração é obtida com os furos (7) dispostos ao longo da geratriz na superfície de camisa (3a, 3b) do gabinete distribuidor, furos que possuem um diâmetro de furo definido (D), e onde os furos são dispostos a uma distância (X) de um em relação ao outro. A interação com o parafuso de alimentação também significa que os furos podem ser mantidos livres de obstrução.
