Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Naßpartie einer Papiermaschine mit einem Verteiler (1), dem ein Hauptstrom einer Stoffsuspension zugeführt wird, und der eine Vielzahl von Anschlüssen (1.2,1.3) aufweist;
  • die Anschlüsse sind mittels Teilstromleitungen (1.22,1.33) mit einer maschinenbreiten Strömungskammer (2) verbunden, die eine maschinenbreite Auslaufdüse (2.1) aufweist (Stoffauflauf);
  • die Teilstromleitungen sind (mittelbar oder unmittelbar) an die Strömungskammer angeschlossen;
  • der Auslaufdüse ist mindestens ein umlaufendes
  • Bahnbildungssieb (3.1) nachgeschaltet;
  • dem Sieb ist mindestens ein Auffangtrog (4) zugeordnet sowie gegebenenfalls ein Siebwasserbehälter (5) zur Aufnahme des vom Auffangtrog aufgefangenen Siebwassers;
  • es sind Verdünnungswasserleitungen (6.2,6.3...) zum Einleiten von Siebwasser in die Teilstromleitungen zwecks Einstellens der Stoffdichte der Teilströme vorgesehen.
    • Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:
  • die Verdünnungswasserleitungen sind unmittelbar an den Auffangtrog angeschlossen.
