Abstract
"MéTODO PARA MELHORAR A UNIFORMIDADE DE UM REVESTIMENTO A úMIDO EM UM SUBSTRATO, MéTODO PARA A APLICAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO A UM SUBSTRATO, ESTAçãO DE MELHORAMENTO PARA MELHORAR A UNIFORMIDADE DE UM REVESTIMENTO LìQUIDO EM UM SUBSTRATO, E, APARELHO". A uniformidade de um revestimento a úmido em um substrato é melhorada contatando-se o revestimento em uma primeira posição com as superfícies umedecidas dos dispositivos de pegar-e-colocar periódicos (15) e, contatando-se novamente o revestimento com tais superfícies umedecidas em posições no substrato que sejam diferentes da primeira posição e não periodicamente relacionadas umas com as outras em relação a sua distância da primeira posição. Um revestimento é aplicado a um substrato pela aplicação de um revestimento a úmido irregular, contatando-se o revestimento em uma primeira posição com as superfícies umedecidas dos dispositivos de pegar-e-colocar periódicos e, contatando-se novamente o revestimento com tais superfícies umedecidas em posições no substrato que sejam diferentes da primeira posição e não periodicamente relacionadas umas com as outras em relação a sua distância da primeira posição. Estes métodos podem fornecer revestimentos extremamente uniformes e revestimentos extremamente finos, em razões de velocidade muito altas. Os revestimentos podem ser aplicados em tiras com bordas definidas de maneira aguda e em calibradores de revestimento independentemente ajustáveis. Os dispositivos de pegar-e-colocar facilitam a secagem e reduzem a sensibilidade dos fornos de secagem para revestir ondulações de calibre. O equipamento para realizar estes métodos é simples de construir, ajustar e operar e pode ser facilmente ajustado para alterar a espessura do revestimento e compensar a variação do revestimento.
