Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA APERFEIçOAR A UNIFORMIDADE DE UM REVESTIMENTO úMIDO E PARA REVESTIR UMA FOLHA CONTìNUA EM MOVIMENTO, ESTAçãO DE APERFEIçOAMENTO, E, APARELHO DE REVESTIMENTO". Um número suficiente de dispositivos de pegar e colocar (por exemplo, rolos) (162-167), cujos períodos de contato com um substrato são iguais, ou substancialmente iguais, um ao outro, para formar revestimentos uniformes, isentos de vazio, contínuos, a despeito da ocorrência de surtos, depressões e vazios de calibre de revestimentos intencionais ou não intencionais. As superfícies umectadas dos dispositivos são colocadas em contato, e novamente em contato, com o revestimento em posições do substrato, que são diferentes uma da outra. Revestimentos extremamente uniformes e extremamente delgados podem ser obtidos em taxas de velocidade muito altas.
