Abstract
"PROCEDIMENTO E MáQUINA PARA A MOLDAGEM E A MONTAGEM DE UM OBJETO INSTALADO". A invenção se refere a um procedimento e a uma maquinaria para moldagem e montagem de objetos de pelo menos duas partes (4) e (8) de plástico, por exemplo, dois invólucros esféricos, que podem ser montados em uma esfera oca (4, 8), assim, a moldagem e a montagem podem ocorrer no mesmo instrumento e continuamente no mesmo procedimento de trabalho. Isso pode ser realizado pelo fato de as duas partes medianas giráveis (6) e (6') do instrumento, respectivamente, serem dotadas das cavidades de molde (5) e (7), onde a montagem dos objetos de partes (4) e (8) pode ocorrer, quando as respectivas cavidades de instrumento se encontram durante a rotação, ao mesmo tempo que o fechamento do molde. Durante o fechamento podem, simultaneamente, ser moldados novos objetos de partes (4") e (8") nas cavidades de molde colocadas opostas (5") e (7") nas duas partes de molde giráveis (6) e (6'). Se for necessário em relação ao material do desenho dos objetos de partes, após a moldagem dos objetos de partes, ser aplicado, por exemplo, calor nas respectivas superfícies limite, o que daria forma à montagem. Isso pode se encaixar, adequadamente, nas etapas pelas quais as partes medianas giráveis (6) e (6') passariam. Os objetos de partes (4) e (8) podem possivelmente ser montados por uma função de pressão ou clique, o que é uma montagem puramente mecânica.
