Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de producción de una unidad de rotor o una unidad de cojinete, en el que la unidad de rotor o la unidad de cojinete se realizan, respectivamente, con un rotor o un alojamiento de cojinete y un casquillo de cojinete liso (20) para la disposición giratoria del rotor en un husillo, en el que el casquillo de cojinete liso se coloca en un molde (21), en el que el rotor o el alojamiento de cojinete se producen, respectivamente, uniendo un material polimérico al casquillo de cojinete liso en el molde por medio de un proceso de moldeo por transferencia o proceso de moldeo por inyección, en el que el casquillo de cojinete liso está compuesto por una primera sección de casquillo (25) y una segunda sección de casquillo (26) que está conectada a la primera sección de casquillo, en el que las secciones de casquillo se colocan en el molde y en el que el material polimérico se une a las secciones de casquillo.
