Abstract

本申请是2001年10月23日提交的发明名称为“用于模制和装配组合物品的方法以及装置”的中国专利申请01818066.3的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及在一个工具中优选地由塑料模制并组装由至少两个部分物品组成的模制物品的方法和装置,所述工具包括至少一个可转动和/或可移动的中间部分。
背景技术
已经公知有其它在一个带有可转动中间部分的工具中模制并组装塑料物品的方法和装置。在PCT No.DK/98/00034中描述了可转动中间部分,这使得可以在多元件模制过程中使用分层模制,从而模制组合塑料部分。
对于塑料物品,由于型芯形状或复杂的几何形状通常不能模制带有型腔的物品,通常需要将物品分成两部分来模制并随后在模制机之外将它们组装在一起。
迄今为止用于模制和组装这种物品的方法和装置涉及使用组装-熔接机来获得带有型腔的物品,除了使用各种吹模技术之外,不可能获得所需的几何形状。
发明内容
本发明的方法和装置结合了上述技术以及公知的组装技术,但是只在一个而且是同一个模具中实现本发明,从而大大提高生产率。
根据本发明的方法,其特征在于,在工具的两个可转动中间部分之间设置有至少一个边界表面,工具设置有可转动/可移动工具型腔以及/或型芯,通过熔接或者其它类型的组装方式在工具中将至少两个部分物品组装成模制物品。

具体实施方式
图1显示了从上面看的用于实施本发明方法的工具的横截面图。从左边看上去,静止的工具部分1带有热流道入口2,热流道入口引导材料进一步通过型芯3。图中显示了通过入口2和型芯3在两个可转动中间部分左边的一个中间部分6的型腔5中模制了第一部分物品4之后刚刚打开的工具。同时,在两个可转动中间部分右边的一个中间部分6’的型腔7中通过来自设置在可移动模部分9上的入口2’的材料和型芯3’模制了另一部分物品8。图中的两个部分物品4和8由两个均匀的半球形外壳组成,它们用于组装在一起形成一个中空球。应注意的是,这种组装借助于对应部分物品4和8上超出可转动中间部分的最外边界表面10和11而变得容易。这是通过在对应的静止模部分1和可移动模部分9上设置凹进部分12和12’来实现的。从图上可以看出,大体上具有方形横截面的两个可转动中间部分6和6’使它们的角部切除,以便工具较小程度的打开就可以使工具转动。最后应提到的是,如果工具设计用于每循环一次制造总共六个组合物品,在图上所显示的相同横截面上可以看到位于所显示之下的五个位置。
图2也显示了横截面,其中两个可转动中间部分6和6’沿着相应的箭头方向转动90度,从而使两个部分物品4和8到达图中所示的最高位置。在这里热量从可移动加热装置13施加到对应的边界表面10和11上。同时工具优选地闭合,使得后续的部分物品4’和8’通过两个入口2和2’以及型芯3和3’分别模制在静止模部分1和可移动模部分9中。
图3也显示了横截面,其中两个可转动中间部分6和6’沿着相应的箭头方向转动另外90度。工具此时打开但向着闭合方向移动,两个部分物品4和8在熔接在一起之前使它们相应的被加热的边界表面10和11相互接近。两个后续的部分物品4’和8’现在处于图中最高位置,从而使它们的相应边界表面10’和11’从可移动加热装置13接收热量。最后,第三组部分物品4”和8”正好模制在型腔5”和7”中,这两个部分物品被完成并准备转动离开它们相应的型芯3和3’。
图4中的两个可转动中间部分6和6’被进一步转动另外的90度。此时工具闭合,两个部分物品4和8熔接在一起以形成最终物品中空球4+8,中空球可从工具弹出。应注意的是,有可能有多余材料14位于球壳的内侧上。两个后续的部分物品4’和8’此时处于在闭合的模具中熔接它们相应的边界表面10’和11’的过程中,而第三组部分物品4”和8”使它们相应的边界表面10”和11”被可移动加热装置13加热。而最后第四组部分物品4”’和8”’刚好在它们对应的型芯3和3’中被模制。
这时完成两个可转动中间部分6和6’的第一次循环。通过继续转动90度,开始与第一次循环相同的新的模制-组装循环,两个可转动中间部分6和6’的每个的所有四个侧面具有完全相同的功能。基于同样的方式,可以连续的制造部分物品并将它们组装在一起。
附图中仅仅显示了本发明的方法和装置的一个示例。但这足以显示本发明的基本原理。
但是,也可以显示本发明其它形式的方法和装置。两个部分物品也可以组装成瓶子或其它类型容器。这可以通过替代图中所示型腔使可转动中间部分具有伸出的型芯/型芯部分,这能够制造瓶子开口的设计。可以看出,根据本发明也可以制造具有复杂几何形状的更多的技术物品,即在各个方面为模制物品的设计提供全新的可能性。
应注意的是,如果例如材料、物品的设计或者移动速度许可的话,可以省略图中所示的加热步骤。这也适用于这种情况,例如部分物品必须通过诸如咬接或卡接的纯机械装配组装时。例如,代替在移动过程中的施加热量的步骤,部分物品也可以供给应包含在组合物品中的其它物品,例如电子元件、流体或金属部件。

1.一种用于模制并组装两部分塑料物品的装置,所述装置包括:
第一可转动模具和第二可转动模具,每个可转动模具具有形成在其中的四个模具型腔;

与所述第一成型位置和所述第二成型位置对准、并且在所述第一成型位置和所述第二成型位置之间的组装位置,在所述组装位置,当所述第一可转动模具的所述模具型腔的一个与所述第二可转动模具的所述模具型腔的一个对准时,位于相对的模具型腔中的第一部分和第二部分结合起来;
其中,每个可转动模具中的所述四个模具型腔具有相同结构,以使当第二组的第一部分和第二部分在所述成型位置被同时成型时,第一组的第一部分和第二部分在所述组装位置被机械地组装在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述成型位置包括工具部分和用于引入熔融塑料的注塑模制入口。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,每个可转动模具具有四个侧面,每个侧面与相邻侧面垂直地定向。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括一个施加位置,所述可转动模具从所述施加位置转动90°到所述组装位置。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述施加位置包括将热量施加到所述部分的边缘的加热装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述可转动模具之一相关的弹出位置,以从所述模具型腔弹出最终物品,所述弹出位置设置成使得所述可转动模具从所述组装位置转动90°到所述弹出位置。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可转动模具中的至少一个相对于所述可转动模具中的另一个可沿着横向方向移动。
