Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA PRIMEIRA PARTE DE CAMADA MODELADA MOLDADA, E, MOLDE". Um processo para a produção por moldagem de uma camada de pele sólida de poliuretano elastomérico microcelular ou não-celular ou, de forma mais geral, um processo para a produção de um compósito, que compreende uma primeira parte de camada modelada, que é feita por um processo de moldagem a partir de uma mistura de reação de poliuretano, e uma segunda parte de camada modelada, que é aderida à primeira parte para formar o compósito. A fim de evitar o uso de agentes desmoldantes no lado de trás da primeira parte de camada modelada, e assim o efeito negativo da aderência da segunda parte de camada modelada, e a penetração da mistura de reação neste lado de trás, entre as partes móveis (9-10) do molde, a superfície do molde (4) é revestida no lado de trás do molde com uma cobertura flexível removível (12), com uma cobertura pré-formada rígida removível ou com uma camada de revestimento não-adesiva permanente.
