Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR CONEXõES DE PRESSãO, DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR CONEXõES DE PRESSãO, E, CONEXãO DE PRESSãO FEITA DE AçO ESPECIAL". A invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir conexões de pressão de aço inoxidável (2) em praticamente apenas uma operação de usinagem, compreendendo duas etapas, as quais podem ser realizadas simultaneamente ou consecutivamente. A peça em bruto (3) é cortada em comprimentos e alargada e recalcada em uma ferramenta de usinagem (5) a fim de formar as áreas de união de tubos desejadas. O método é caracterizado pela sua confiabilidade na produção de conexões de pressão de aço inoxidável (2). Outros metais resistentes à pressão e tenazes podem ser usados. O método é especialmente adequado para combinação com uma etapa de laminação subseq³ente ou etapa de abrasão na produção de conexões de pressão (2) feitas de aço inoxidável soldado.
