Abstract
"CORREIA CVT TIPO BLOCO". Correia CVT tipo bloco de acordo com a presente invenção compreende, pelo menos, um dispositivo de suspensão de carga sem-fim com elementos de tração. Diversos blocos (20) se encaixam transversalmente no dispositivo de suspensão de carga numa direção longitudinal da correia. O centro de gravidade de cada bloco fica localizado assimetricamente em cada bloco. Cada bloco tem sobremoldagem de termocura ou termoplástica. A sobremoldagem é anexada ao bloco metálico (10) com utilização de um adesivo. A preparação do elemento de reforço metálico é obtida por meio de decapagem mecânica em tambor rotativo, diferente da preparação química. Cada bloco também compreende, pelo menos, uma fenda para receber o dispositivo de suspensão de carga. Cada fenda com uma superfície cóncava superior (22) e uma superfície inferior (23) com uma forma complexa. A superfície cóncava superior recebe uma superfície convexa correspondente ou dente na superfície superior do elemento de tração. Cada fenda é provida com um raio complexo entre um pilar central e um braço superior e inferior a fim de evitar geradores de tensão. Os suportes de carga ficam ligeiramente comprimidos em cada entalhe para reduzir significativamente a assimetria.
