Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE ACIONAMENTO PARA UMA CAIXA DE CâMBIO DE DUPLA EMBREAGEM". Uma tarefa da invenção é criar uma caixa de câmbio de dupla embreagem, na qual é possível um acionamento de engate em vários trens de engrenagem, por meio de apenas um mecanismo atuador. Além disso, o tempo necessário para a troca de estágio de transmissão é reduzido e assim, o conforto e manejo são melhorados. A tarefa é solucionada de acordo com a invenção pelo fato de que, com um elemento de acionamento pode ser engatado um estágio de transmissão, através de um elemento de engate, bem como, no estado engatado desse estágio de transmissão o mesmo elemento de acionamento pode acionar, pelo menos, um outro elemento de engate para o engate de outros estágios de transmissão. De forma muito apropriada, no estado engatado de um ou mais estágios de transmissão permanece uma via, que é suficientemente larga para permitir um movimento de seleção de um elemento de acionamento. De forma vantajosa, um elemento de engate segue um elemento de acionamento com uma histerese de percurso, que é igual ou maior que o percurso do elemento de engate entre a posição neutra e uma posição final de marcha, o que pode ser alcançado pelo fato de que, a largura da boca de engate é igual ou maior do que a soma da largura do dedo de engate e da distância entre a posição neutra e as posições finais de marcha do garfo de engate, ou entre o elemento de engate e o elemento de acionamento existe uma folga igual ou maior que o percurso do elemento de engate, entre a posição neutra e uma posição final de marcha.
