Abstract
"APARELHO DE VáLVULA DE SUCçãO A GáS DE COMPRESSOR ALTERNADO". Em um aparelho de válvula de sucção de um compressor alternado incluindo um pistão possuindo uma passagem de gás na qual o gás flui dentro de sua parte de corpo, um assento de válvula formado em uma extremidade de um corpo de pistão para abrir a passagem de gás e uma face escalonada formada de modo a ter uma espessura interna do assento de válvula e ter uma pluralidade de furos diretos de gás e um furo direto de montagem, e um cone de válvula possuindo uma parte de acoplamento destacável formada extensivamente de uma parte de cone correspondente ao assento de válvula do pistão e inserido dentro do furo direto de montagem da face escalonada do pistão de modo a ser móvel, uma perda de re-expansão pode ser reduzida minimizando um volume morto de uma válvula de sucção a gás, uma eficiência de um compressor alternado pode aperfeiçoar reduzindo uma perda de transmissão de calor sugando gás refrigerante através da pluralidade de furos diretos de gás da face escalonada da passagem de gás. Em adição, o número de partes pode ser reduzido e sua estrutura pode ser simplificada, conseq³entemente é vantajoso para uma produção em massa, bem como para o aumento da produtividade da montagem.
