Abstract

Se describe un aparato para comprimir fluido, que comprende: un bloque de cilindro incluyendo un agujero de cilindro con un diametro predeterminado penetrando el bloque de cilindro en una direccion longitudinal, por lo menos un puerto de succion de fluido penetrando en una direccion intersectando con el agujero de cilindro, y por lo menos un par de puertos de descarga de fluido preferiblemente con una forma de ranura y teniendo una abertura formada en ambas porciones extremas del agujero de cilindro; un piston para moverse reciprocamente dentro del agujero de cilindro; un ensamble de valvula de descarga movilmente dispuesto en el agujero de cilindro para abrir y cerrar selectivamente los puertos de descarga de fluido del bloque de cilindro, el ensamble de valvula de descarga incluyendo un piston de valvula que tiene una pestana para limitar el movimiento del ensamble de valvula de descarga; y una cabeza de cilindro para formar una camara de descarga comunicandose con los puertos de descarga de fluido a traves de una conexion hacia el bloque de cilindro, y la cabeza de cilindro teniendo un pasaje de descarga de fluido de la camara de descarga. El fluido es extraido a medida que el puerto de succion de fluido es selectivamente abierto por el piston que se mueve reciprocamente en el agujero de cilindro y descargado a traves de los puertos de descarga de fluido abiertos por el movimiento del piston de valvula a medida que la presion del fluido en el agujero de cilindro se incrementa mas alla de un umbral predeterminado, mejorando asi la eficiencia del compresor. La estructura del compresor es mas simple, ya que una valvula de succion separada no es necesaria. Ademas, el fluido comprendido es totalmente descargado, y se puede eliminar o reducir al minimo un volumen de claro en un agujero de cilindro convencional.
