Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SINTERIZAçãO DE PSEUDOPARTìCULAS E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DAS MESMAS". Esta invenção pretende fabricar um minério sinterizado excelente na redutibilidade e tendo alta resistência ao frio. Um método concreto de fabricação da invenção compreende preliminarmente peletizar partículas não refinadas de um minério de ferro 1 e partículas finas de material contendo SiO~ 2~ 2 depositar as partículas finas do minério de ferro e o material contendo SiO~ 2~ 2 na periferia das partículas não refinadas do minério de ferro 1 como a semente e em seguida adicionar um material em pó tipo pedra de cal 3 e um material em pó tipo combustível sólido 4 (coque, antracita) como uma fonte de calor, e misturar e peletizar as mesmas em um misturador de tambor 5 (método A). Alternativamente a invenção fornece um método para adicionar partículas não refinadas do minério de ferro 1, partículas finas do minério de ferro e o material contendo SiO~ 2~ 2 da extremidade superior de um misturador de tambor 5 para formar pseudopartículas e, simultaneamente, misturar e peletizar o material em pó tipo pedra de cal 3 e o material em pó tipo combustível sólido 4 da extremidade posterior do misturador de tambor 5 e misturar e peletizar as mesmas (método B), ou em um caso de usar misturadores de tambores múltiplos, um método para adicionar partículas não refinadas do minério de ferro 1 e partículas finas do minério de ferro e material contendo SiO2 2 de um misturador de tambor 5 no máximo a montante para formar pseudopartículas e, simultaneamente, adicionar o material em pó tipo pedra de cal 3 e o material em pó tipo combustível sólido 4 da extremidade superior ou da extremidade posterior do misturador de tambor 5' no máximo a jusante e misturar e peletizar as mesmas (método C).
