Abstract

"MéTODO E MECANISMO PARA COLAPSAR MOLDES DE AREIA GLAUCONìTICA E SEPARAR MATERIAL DE MODELAçãO E AREIA GLAUCONìTICA". Um método e um mecanismo para coletar areia glauconítica de modelação para moldes de areia glauconítica nos quais o metal derretido foi fundido caracterizado pelo fato de que a areia glauconítica de modelação que não foi afetada pelo calor e a areia glauconítica de modelação que é unida ao material de modelação que foi afetada pelo calor do metal derretido podem ser coletadas separadamente colapsando-se os moldes de areia glauconítica nos quais o metal derretido foi fundido. O método e o mecanismo para coletar a areia glauconítica de modelação, abrangendo envolver hermeticamente moldes de areia glauconítica nos quais o metal derretido foi fundido e que é transportado em um lugar onde os moldes são colapsados, despressurizar/colapsar os moldes de areia glauconítica envolvidos hermeticamente para separar o material de modelação para o qual a areia glauconítica de modelação que foi afetada pelo calor é unida a partir da areia de modelação que não foi afetada pelo calor, agitando o material de modelação em um lugar diferente daquele em que o molde é colapsado para separar a areia glauconítica que foi afetada pelo calor a partir do material de modelação e coletar separadamente a areia glauconítica de modelação que foi afetada pelo calor e aquela que não foi.
