Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO DE ABERTURA DE FILAMENTOS CONTìNUOS". Processo e aparelho para abrir filamentos contínuos proporciona qualidade estável da camada fibrosa após o espalmar do feixe de filamentos encrespados. O feixe de filamentos é transportado por intermédio de uma pluralidade de rolos. Durante o transporte, ao feixe de filamentos é aplicada uma resistência num lado do feixe de filamentos contatando por deslizamento uma corpo corrediço com o feixe de filamentos entre os rolos. Conseq³entemente, os filamentos contínuos em pilhados em uma direção de espessura do feixe são levados a se separar numa direção de transporte do feixe. Assim, o feixe é aberto e os filamentos contínuos são espalmados numa direção de largura do feixe.
