Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SENSOR E MéTODO PARA A DETECçãO DE UMA DIREçãO DE ROTAçãO DE UM CORPO". Um sensor para a detecção de uma direção de rotação de um corpo. O sensor compreende um primeiro acelerómetro disposto, em uso, no corpo, e tendo uma primeira direção de detecção; e um segundo acelerómetro disposto, em uso, no corpo e tendo uma segunda direção de detecção. Os dois acelerómetros são dispostos de maneira tal que a primeira e a segunda direções de detecção não sejam paralelas uma à outra e que não sejam paralelas ao eixo de rotação do corpo, tal que exista uma diferença de fases devido aos efeitos gravitacionais entre as saídas dos acelerómetros, quando o corpo gira em uso. Dispositivo recebe os sinais de saída indicativos da aceleração a partir do primeiro e do segundo acelerómetros e determina o relacionamento de fases entre os dois sinais, para, por meio disso, determinar a direção de rotação do corpo.
