Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA RASTREAR PESSOAL E RECURSOS PARA ESPAçOS FECHADOS". Trata-se de um sistema para rastrear pessoas (25) ou coisas. Uma ou mais unidades de rastreamento (100) são associados com pessoas ou coisas a serem rastreadas. Cada unidade de rastreamento inclui um ou mais acelerómetros e um ou mais giroscópios, de modo a se fornecerem informações de distância e avanço ou direcionais. Uma estação, de controle mestre (MCS, 200) recebe as informações referentes à distância e direção ou informações referentes a localização com base nelas. A MCS (200) pode incluir também uma tela para exibir a localização de pelo menos uma das unidades de rastreamento. A MCS é programada para determinar a localização com base em: determinação de um ponto e direção de referência para a pelo menos uma unidade de rastreamento; dados dos acelerómetros e do giroscópio, que fornecem informações referentes a distância e direção; e agregação das informações referentes a distância e direção.
