Abstract
"MECANISMO DE LUBRIFICAçãO ANTI-ROTAçãO PARA COMPRESSOR DE AR DE ROLAGEM, GIRATóRIO, SEM óLEO". Divulga-se um aparelho de lubrificação para conjunto anti-rotação de um compressor de rolagem giratório, sem óleo. O compressor de rolagem inclui um elemento de rolagem estacionário e um elemento de rolagem orbital que gira em órbita em torno do elemento de rolagem estacionário numa condição não rotacional. Pelo menos um conjunto anti-rotação é empregado para evitar rotação relativa entre os elementos de rolagem orbital e estacionário. O conjunto anti-rotação, que inclui um primeiro mancal rotacional montado no interior do alojamento, um segundo mancal rotacional montado no elemento de rolagem orbital e uma manivela excêntrica que interconecta os primeiro e segundo mancais rotacionais é lubrificado através de um canal de lubrificação. O canal de lubrificação se estende a partir de um orifício de lubrificação localizado no exterior do alojamento, através do primeiro mancal rotacional e, daí, através de um canal existente na manivela excêntrica, assim permitindo que o agente de lubrificação (por exemplo, graxa) chegue até o segundo mancal rotacional. O conjunto anti-rotação empregado pode, assim, ser periodicamente lubrificado sem maior contato entre o agente de lubrificação e o gás que está sendo comprimido (por exemplo, ar ou refrigerante). Conseq³entemente, qualquer possível contaminação do gás comprimido sob descarga fica reduzida de forma expressiva.
