Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR CHOCOLATE, E, USOS DE UM MEIO DE MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSãO, E DE MATRIZES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir chocolate no qual massa de chocolate líquida é submetida à têmpera, ao superesfriamento e à formação por prensagem. Este processo permite uma produção simples e rápida de produtos de chocolate possuindo uma aparência de superfície boa e brilhosa.
