Abstract

"CAMADA REFLETORA RESISTENTE AO CALOR, LAMINADO FORMADO DA CAMADA REFLETORA E DISPOSITIVO MOSTRADOR DE CRISTAL LìQUIDO TENDO A CAMADA REFLETORA OU O LAMINADO". Uma camada refletora resistente ao calor inclui Ag como um componente principal, 0,1-3,0% em peso de um primeiro elemento selecionado do grupo consistindo em Au, Pd e Ru e 0,1-3,0% de um segundo elemento selecionado do grupo consistindo em Cu, Ti, Cr, Ta, Mo, Ni, AI, Nb, Au, Pd e Ru. O segundo elemento é diferente do primeiro elemento. A camada refletora mantém o elevado índice de reflexão óptica da Ag. A camada refletora possui estabilidade aperfeiçoada do material e é estável quando exposta a materiais orgânicos alcalinos. A camada refletora pode ser usada como um refletor e um eletrodo com fiação refletora para um dispositivo mostrador de cristal líquido e como vidro para construção para refletir os raios de calor ou raios infravermelhos.
