Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR TUBOS TERMOPLáSTICOS ENCURVADOS". Um processo para fabricar um artigo tubular (10) pela provisão de um material pré-formado tubular formável (22); fixação das extremidades do material pré-formado aos respectivos membros de acoplamento (24, 26) que são capazes de provisão de uma tensão alongacional na material pré-formado; carregamento do interior oco da material pré-formado com um fluido aquecido que está em uma pressão suficiente para suportar a material pré-formado; aplicação da pressão mecânica (46) à superfície externa da material pré-formado contendo fluido de modo que a material pré-formado é moldada em uma predeterminada configuração de serpentina tridimensional; substituição do fluido aquecido na material pré-formado com um fluido resfriado que ajusta a configuração da material pré-formado; e remoção do fluido resfriado da material pré-formado.
