Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO, PROCESSO PARA REPARAR UM ACABAMENTO DE CAMADA TRANSPARENTE/CAMADA COLORIDA E SUBSTRATO REVESTIDO". Trata-se de uma composição de revestimento transparente de endurecimento rápido para reparar um acabamento de camada transparente/camada colorida de um veículo, sendo que a composição pode ser lixada úmida, lustrada ou polida como um acabamento de brilho elevado no mesmo dia de aplicação, a qual compreende um aglutinante formador de filme e um veículo líquido orgânico, onde o aglutinante contém um componente de hidroxila que compreende um polímero acrílico contendo hidroxila e um oligómero de poliéster terminado em hidroxila, e um componente de reticulação de poliisocianato orgânico, onde pelo menos uma porção do qual compreende um trimero de diisocianato de isoforona, e a composição contém adicionalmente, como um catalisador de cura combinado, pelo menos um carboxilato alifático de dialquil estanho, pelo menos uma mono ou diamina alifática terciária, e pelo menos um ácido carboxílico alifático, em uma quantidade eficaz de modo que a composição de revestimento transparente, na cura a temperaturas ambientes, se encontra em um estado sem manchas de água e suficientemente dura para ser lixada ou lustrada dentro de aproximadamente quatro horas depois da aplicação ou no resfriamento quando cozida sob condições normais.
