Abstract
"CORPO MOLDADO RESISTENTE A FOGO CONTENDO CARBONO COM COMPORTAMENTO DE OXIDAçãO APERFEIçOADO, ASSIM COMO MATERIAL E PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um material, particularmente para preparação de um corpo moldado resistente a fogo, abrangendo pelo menos um componente metálico oxídico resistente a fogo, assim como um componente de resina plástica como aglutinante e um coadjuvante de grafitização para obtenção de carbono grafite cristalino da resina, sendo que o coadjuvante de grafitização pertence ao grupo dos compostos orgânicos redutíveis dos elementos de transição e/ou do grupo dos compostos metálicos orgânicos ou dos compostos metálicos ou metais orgânicos ou inorgânicos ativos, se origina como sais de metal solúveis em resina, quimicamente precipitados, ou óxidos metálicos micronisados ou metais, sendo que o coadjuvante de grafitização está presente na forma molecular no intervalo de tempo e/ou no intervalo de temperatura da transformação da resina plástica em carbono (coqueificação).
