Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO DE RECUPERAçãO DE óLEO A PARTIR DA PIRóLISE DE MATERIAL CONTENDO HIDROCARBONETOS". Sistema e processo de recuperação de óleo a partir da pirólise de material contendo hidrocarbonetos, tais como pneus fragmentados de veículos. O sistema utiliza um par de torres de enchimento posicionadas sequencialmente para recuperar pelo menos 95% do óleo contido nos gases de pirólise. A primeira torre de enchimento opera acima do ponto de orvalho do vapor de água nos gases de pirólise, para assegurar que nenhuma água é condensada e obter uma fração primária de óleo com óleo de ponto de ignição de cerca de 60<198>C ou mais e uma fração primária de vapor contendo óleos adicionais, gases combustíveis e vapor de água. A fração primária de vapor é alimentada à segunda torre de enchimento, que opera abaixo do ponto de orvalho do vapor de água para condensar a água e o óleo com ponto de ignição baixo de 34<198>C ou abaixo e proporcionar uma fração secundária de vapor contendo gases combustíveis valiosos.
