Abstract

"CONJUNTO PRé-MONTADO FORMANDO GAXETA DE VEDAçãO COM CODIFICADOR INCORPORADO E MANCAL INCLUINDO TAL CONJUNTO". A invenção envolve um conjunto pré-montado formando uma junta de vedação com codificador magnético multipolar integrado, destinado a ser montado entre um suporte fixo (2) e um suporte rotativo (3) formando parte de um mancal de esferas ou mancal, o conjunto compreendendo uma armadura fixa (4) inteiriça com o suporte fixo e uma armadura móvel (5) suportando o codificador e inteiriça com o suporte rotativo (3), o conjunto não dispõe de meios para associar um sensor em frente ao qual o codificador (6) se move, o codificador magnético compreende um número reduzido de pares de pólos capacitando ao sensor ser afastado em relação à armadura fixa (4), o fluxo magnético do codificador (6) sendo detectado pelo sensor para compensar eletronicamente o número reduzido de pares de pólos, a detecção sendo conduzida via armadura fixa.
