Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PREPARAçãO DE CATALISADOR DEFóSFORO/VANáDIO PARA ANIDRIDO MALéICO". Um precursorde catalisador de VPO tendo a fórmula (VO)HPO~ 4~aH~ 2~OM~m~P~ p~O~ y~, em que M é pelo menos um elemento promotorselecionado do grupo consistindo em elementos dos Grupos IA, IB,IIA, IIIA, IIIB, IVA, IVB, VA, VB, VIA, VIB, e VIIIA da TabelaPeriódica dos Elementos, e suas misturas, a é um número de pelomenos cerca de 0,3, m é um número de cerca de O a cerca de0,3, p é um número de cerca de O a cerca de 0,3, qualquer ycorresponde à quantidade de oxigênio necessária para satisfazeras exigências de valência de todos os elementos presentes, éativado aquecendo-se o precursor de catalisador em umaatmosfera selecionada do grupo consistindo em ar, vapor, gásinerte, e misturas dos mesmos, até uma temperatura para nãoexceder cerca de 300<198>C, mantendo-se o precursor decatalisador nesta temperatura e proporcionando-se uma atmosferacontendo oxigênio molecular, vapor, e opcionalmente um gásinerte, aumentando-se a temperatura em uma taxa programada decerca de 0,5<198>C/min a cerca de 15<198>C/min, até um valorefetivo para eliminar a água de hidratação do precursor decatalisador, ajustando-se a temperatura até um valor maior do que350<198>C, porém menor do que 550<198>C, e mantendo-se atemperatura ajustada em uma atmosfera contendo oxigêniomolecular/vapor compreendida de pelo menos 1% em vol deoxigênio, por um tempo efetivo para proporcionar um estado deoxidação do vanádio de cerca de +4,0 a cerca de +4,5 e paracompletar a transformação do precursor no catalisador ativo tendoa fórmula (VO)~ 2~P~ 2~O~ 7~M~ 2~P~ 2p~O~ y~, em que M,m, p e y são como definidos acima.
