Abstract

"APARELHO, MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA ABERTURA POR AR DE LINHO TêXTIL E TRAMA DE LINHO TêXTIL ABERTO PRODUZIDA". A invenção fornece um jato de abertura por ar para uso em um processo para criar uma estrutura retangular de um linho de fibras, jato de abertura por ar que inclui um compartimento, um jato de ar para mover o linho através do compartimento e abrir o linho e uma câmara de acumulação que inclui pelo menos uma e preferencialmente duas lâminas perfuradas no caminho do linho em movimento e um sistema de controle de ar para controlar o fluxo de ar para que o linho em movimento seja impulsionado para ação com as lâminas perfuradas para retardar o movimento do linho e fazer com que ele seja acumulado na câmara de acumulação. A invenção também inclui métodos para utilização no aparelho de jato de abertura por ar para produzir produtos de tira de multi-linho e produtos produzidos por esses métodos.
