Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SUPLEMENTO DE DIETA DERIVADO DE LEITES FERMENTADOS PARA A PREVENçãO DE OSTEOPOROSE"<D>. é descrito um processo para a fabricação de suplementos de dieta (integradores alimentícios) por meio de uma fermentação natural, incluindo as seguintes etapas: a) preparação de uma "mistura" em uma temperatura de 18°C, contendo um ou mais tipos de leite pasteurizado de origem animal; b) introdução em um tal "material básico" de 1,5-4,5% em peso de "grãos" de polissacarídeos principalmente formados por "bactérias amigáveis"; c) manutenção da substância prévia em uma temperatura de 18-25°C por um período de 6-12 horas então adicionando uma quantidade de 1-3% em peso de uma segunda reunião de "grãos" de polissacarídeo, principalmente formados por leveduras; d) manutenção da substância a 18-25°C durante um segundo período de 6-12 horas, através de adição novamente de 2,5-6,5% em peso de "grãos" principalmente formados por leveduras, então adicionando alguns minerais (cálcio, magnésio, etc) em proporção de 0,2-1,2% em peso; e) separação, por filtração, de diferentes componentes da substância, entre os quais uma "matriz residual" composta por grãos de polissacarídeos contendo bactérias e leveduras; f) secagem da substância, após filtração, para obtenção de um pulverizado fino; g) preparação de vários suplementos de dieta, apresentados em comprimidos ou "sachets" ou outras formulações, úteis no tratamento de osteoporose e outras condições degenerativas.
