Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE RESINA DE VINILA"<D>. Um método de produção de uma resina de vinila, que compreende submeter um composto de vinila à polimerização de suspensão em um tanque de polimerização equipado com um condensador de refluxo na presença de um estabilizador de dispersão, onde uma resina de álcool de polivinila (A) tendo um grau de hidrólise de não menos do que 65% em mol, um grau de polimerização de não menos do que 700 e satisfazendo a seguinte fórmula (1) 0,0300 <sym> (3 - Y)/X<sym> 0,0330... (1) onde X é um grau de hidrólise (% em mol) e Y é um grau de absorção de iódo, é adicionado em uma taxa de conversão de polimerização do composto de vinila de não menos do que 30%. O método de produção de uma resina de vinila da presente invenção proporciona uma resina de vinila tendo uma densidade de carga elevada, que exibe um superior efeito antiespumação para suprimir as espumas secas geradas durante os períodos intermediário e final de polimerização.
