Abstract

''MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA SUPORTE TéCNICO AUTOMáTICO PARA COMPUTADORES'' Trata-se de um método e sistema para suporte integrado para resolver problemas com sistemas de computador pessoal; que compreende monitorar a funcionalidade do sistema operacional para determinar se existe uma falha no sistema de computador, para identificar a falha o sistema de computador e para proporcionar uma solução da falha do sistema de computador. Temporizadores cão de guarda comparam o tempo da funcionalidade do hardware e do sistema operacional, tal como a operação de sequência de inicialização, com períodos de tempo predeterminados para determinar se existe ou não um falha no computador. Uma falha no sistema de computador é determinada se um temporizador cão de guarda expirar quando da conclusão de um período de tempo predeterminado sem ser limpo.
