Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE LAMINAçãO DE ARAME E LAMINADOR"<D>. Para permitir a produção dos arames de vários diâmetros de um material de haste redonda suprido da etapa de laminação em bruto sem a necessidade da mudança de cilindro dos laminadores de bloqueio que precisa de um longo período de tempo e muito trabalho. Na laminação um minilaminador de bloqueio (MBM)é instalado entre um laminador de bloqueio (BM)e um laminador de dimensionamento (SM)como um redutor para laminação intermediária. O laminador de bloqueio (BM)é construído de tal forma que é possível usar tanto o grupo dianteiro (BM1) e o grupo traseiro (BM2)dos cilindros, ou apenas o grupo dianteiro passando-se o grupo traseiro com um passe cego, ou derivar tanto os grupos dianteiro quanto traseiro. A minilaminação de bloqueio (MBM)pode ser derivada a partir da linha de passe. A laminação de dimensionamento é construída de tal forma para serem dois conjuntos de cilindros (SM1, SM2)que ambos os conjuntos podem ser usados, ou apenas um dos conjuntos (SM1) podem ser usados e o outro (SM) derivado. Ao escolher as combinações de uso e não-uso dos cilindro é possível produzir arames de vários diâmetros com no máximo 19 diâmetros diferentes, a partir de um material de haste redondo de um diâmetro.
