Abstract

Методът е приложим в биотехнологиите. По него ферментационната смес се вкарва от време на време в циркулация и се отделят продуктите на обмяната на култивираните клетки и в даден случай клетъчна маса. По метода ферменторът се зарежда с достатъчно количество хранителна среда за стартиране на желаната култура, стерилизира се и желаната концентрация на хранителната среда се регулира. Посевната култура се поставя в хранителната среда и се оставя да расте спокойно за определено време, след което се повишава концентрацията на средата до специфичната за клетъчната култура концентрация, като едновременно се увеличава и обемът на хранителната среда до работния обем на ферментора и до клетъчната концентрация. Следват преход към непрекъснат режим на работа при смяна на хранителната среда и отделяне на продуктите на обмяната на веществата, и пълно или частично връщане на клетки. Непрекъснатият режим на работа се прекъсва в желан момент и клетъчната маса се събира при стерилни условия. В даден случай се повтарят част или всички операции в посочената последователност.
