Abstract

По метода се получават 0-(3-амино- 2-хидрокси-пропил)- хидроксимови ацилхалогениди с формула@@чрез реакция на карбоксамид оксим с формула@@в която значението на R1 е посочено в описанието, с реакционноспособното 3-амино-2- хидрокси- пропаново производно. Следва диазотиране на получения 0- заместенкарбоксамиден оксим с натриев нитрит в присъствиена халогеноводород, разлагане на диазониевата сол, изолиране на получения продукт и, по желание, разделяне на оптично активните енантиомери и/или реакция на получената база с органична или минерална киселина. Методът включва реакция на карбоксамид оксим с формула II с 3-хидроксиазетидиниева сол с формула@@в която значенията на R2 и R3 са посоченив описанието и Y- e солеобразуващ анион, в средаот нисши алкохоли, най-добре етанол, която се алкализира с алкален хидроксид, като средата може да съдържа вода. При неутрализиране на реакционната смес и отделяне на органичния разтворител преди диазотирането се получава 0-з аместен карбоксамиден оксим като междинно съединение. По метода се получават съединения с формула I с повишени добиви.
