Abstract

Таблетките,съдържащи каптоприл са с повишена стабилност и производството им е улеснено. Стандартното отклонение на съдържанието на активния компонент в една таблетка, в половина или четвъртина от нея е многониско. Таблетките включват пълнител и свързващо вещество, разпадащо вещество и смазка и плъзгащо вещество. Пълнителят и свързващото вещество представляват смес от лактоза и микрокристална целулоза втегловни съотношения 1,5:1-1:1, която смес е от 60 до 80% тегл. от общото тегло на таблетката.
