Abstract

Акуловите хрущялни екстракти имат антиангиогенна,пряка туморпролиферираща, противовъзпалителна и антиколагенолитична активност, а методът е опростени с повишена ефективност. По него се получава хомогенат от хрущял във воден разтвор. Хомогенатът сецентрофугира и по-нататък се фракционира до получаване на общ екстракт, имащ молекули с молекулно тегло от 0 до 500 KDa. Съставът на течния екстракт се изследва при по-нататъшно фракциониране до предварителното охарактеризиране на някои от неговите компоненти, определящи биологичната му активност спрямо голям брой заболявания или състояния, по-специално туморна пролиферация, ангиогенеза, възпаление и колагенолиза. Екстрактът няма неблагоприятен ефект върху нормалните функции на тялото.
