Abstract

Composition thérapeutique lyophilisée stable, rapidement soluble et injectable contenant un anthracycline.glucoside à l'état libre ou à l'état de sel et un agent solubilisant. L'agent solubilisant est un acide benzoique à substituant hydroxy, mercapto ou amino ou un sel de métal alcalin d'un tel acide ou un ester alkylique en C1-C4 d'un tel acide ou bien encore un phénol à substituant méthyle halogèné dans le noyau ou un aminoacide ou une combinaison de deux ou plusieurs de ces composés.
