L'invention a pour objet un peigne présentant au moins une rangée de dents.
Le but de l'invention consiste essentiellement à présenter un peigne permettant, par son utilisation, l'élimination d'une partie importante de la séborrhée produite en excès par les cheveux, donnant à ces derniers un aspect gras.
A cet effet, le peigne suivant l'invention présente, en regard de la partie inférieure de la rangée de dents, un support

sur lequel une bande de tissu peut être fixée d'une façon amovible, ' ce tissu frottant sur les cheveux lors de l'utilisation du peigne et absorbant ainsi par exemple une partie de la séborrhée produite en excès par les cheveux et certains corps étrangers à la chevelure pouvant altérer cette dernière ou permettant, par une impression appréciable; de la bande de tissu par un produit approprié, d'appli- quer ce dernier sur les cheveux.
Suivant une forme de réalisation avantageuse de l'objet de l'invention, le support précité présente l'allure d'un profilé en T sur l'âme duquel la bande de tissu est tendue par une pièce de forme sensiblement rectangulaire amovible portant les dents du peigne et présentant une fente dans laquelle est introduite l'âme du -profila.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avan- , tageuse de l'objet de l'invention, l'âme du profilé en T présente, à une de ses extrémités, à proximité de ses ailes, une encoche s'étendant suivant le sens longitudinal du profilé et permettant, lors de la pose de la pièce portant les dents sur l'âme du profilé, par un déplacement latéral de cette pièce suivant la direction lon- gitudinal du profilé, d'engager dans cette encoche la partie de la pièce précitée disposée en regard de ladite encoche.
Suivant une forme de réalisation préférée de l'objet de l'invention, l'extrémité de l'âme du profilé formant ledit support, opposée à l'extrémité présentant l'encoche précitée, présente un évidement ayant l'allure d'un L, dont une des branches détermine une encoche s'étendant suivant lé même sens que l'encoche prévue à l'autre extrémité du support, et dont l'autre branche s'étend sen- siblement perpendiculairement aux ailes du profilé, suivant toute la hauteur de l'âme de ce dernier, la largeur de cette branche, suivant le sens longitudinal du profilé, étant au moins égale à la largeur correspondante de l'extrémité de la

pièce disposée du côté de l'extrémité du profilé présentant l'évidement, de manière à permettre, lors de la pose de la pièce portant les dents sur l'âme du profilé,
d'engager l'extrémité de ladite pièce, citée en dernier lieu, dans cet évidement et de fixer cette pièce sur l'âme par un déplacement dle la pièce suivant la direction longitudinale du profilé en introduisant les extré- mités de la pièce dans les encoches correspondantes.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressor- tiront de la description donnée ci-après, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, d'une forme de réalisation particulière de l'objet de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue er élévation, avec brisure par- tielle, d'un peigne suivant l'invention.
La figure 2 est une vue en plan, du peigne représenté à la figure 1.
Dans les différentes figures les mêmes chiffres de référence désignent les mêmes éléments.
Le peigne représenté aux figures comprend essentiellement un support 1 présentant la forme d'un profilé en T et une pièce rectangulaire 2 portant deux rangées de dents 3 et 4. Le support 1 est prolongé à une de ses extrémités par une poignée 5, tandis qu'une bande de tissu 6 est tendue sur l'âme 7 du profilé formant le support 1.
La pièce rectangulaire 2 présente entreles deux rangées de dents 3 et 4 une fente longitudinale 8 dont la largeur et la longueur sont légèrement supérieures respectivement à l'épaisseur et à la longueur de l'âme 7 du profilé 1.
Le profilé 1 présente, à une de ses extrémités, une en- coche 9 s'étendant suivant le sens longitudinal'du profilé 1, tandis que l'autre estrémité du profilé 1 présente un évidement 10 ayant l'allure d'un L. Une des branches détermine une encoche

11 présentant la même forme que l'encoche 9 prévue à l'autre extrémité et s'étendant suivant le même sens que cette @@@@ière.
L'autre branche du L s'étend perpendiculairement aux ailes 12 du profilé 1, la largeur,suivant le sens longitudinal du profilé 1, de la partie de l'évidement correspondant à cette branche, étant au moins égale à la distance entre l'extrémité correspondante de la pièce rectangulaire 2 et la fente aboutissant à cette extrémité.
Lors du montage du peigne suivant l'invention, on applique préalablement la bande de tissu 6 sur tout le long de l'âme 7 du profilé 1. Ensuite, la pièce rectangulaire 2 est appliquée par sa fente 8 sur l' âme 7 du profilé 1 centre les ailes 12 de ce dernier, permettant de maintenir ainsi la bande de tissu 6 coincéa entre le support 1 et la pièce rectangulaire 2. A cette fin, cette dernière est de préférence réalisée en une matière sensiblement élastique , s'appliquant ainsi contre ladite bande de tissu 6.
Dans une opé- ration suivante, la pièce rectangulaire 2 est déplacée sur le support 1 vers la poignée 5 de manière à faire entrer les extré- mités de cette pièce dans les encoches correspondantes, respec- tivement 9 et 11, maintenant ainsi, grâce à la résistance de frottement de la bande de tissu 6, la pièce 2 dans une position sensiblement immobile, tout en assurant un enlèvement très aisé de la pièce 2 et, en conséquence, de la bande de tissu 6. Ceci étant en effet nécessaire pour permettre de remplacer la bande de tissu 6.
Le peigne suivant l'invention ne présente donc aucune attache mobile ou amovible pour la fixation de la bande de tissu sur le support précité. Cette fixation étant en effet réalisée en serrant la bande de tissu sur le support par le simple emboîtage de ce support dans la pièce portant les dents.

Lors de l'utilisation du peigne suivant l'invention,, la bande de tissu frotte sur la chevelure et absorbe ainsi l'excès de séborrhée produite par les cheveux. Cette bande de tissu 6 permet d'obtenir en même temps un meilleur résultat en ce qui concerne l'arrangement des cheveux par rapport au peigne généralement utilisé.
En outre, par une impression préalable de la bande de tissu par un produit approprié, tel qu'un colorant relativement concentré, on peut répartir ce produit uniformément sur la chevelure lors de l'utilisation dudit peigne. Ce dernier permet donc une teinture très facile et très rapide des cheveux, mèche par mèche.
Le support de la bande de tissu peut avantageusement être creux et perforé du côté portant la bande de tissu. Dans ce cas, le support peut servir en même temps comme réservoir du produit à appliquer uniformément sur la chevelure. Les perforations du support sont alors telles qu'elles imprègnent (1 tissu,au fur et à mesure de l'utilisation du peigne,par le produit contenu dans le réservoir.
Il est bien entendu que l'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite et que bien des variantes peuvent être envisagées sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.
C'est ainsi, par exemple, que le peigne peut être réalisé avec une seule rangée de dents ; le support de la bande de tissu peut présenter n'importe quelle forme appropriée.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Peigne comprenant au moins une rangée de dents, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente, en regard de la partie inférieure de cette rangée de dents, 'un support sur lequel une bande de tissu peut être fixée d'une façon amovible, ce tissu frottant sur la chevelure lors de l'utilisation du peigne.

to engage the end of said part, last mentioned, in this recess and to fix this part on the core by a displacement of the part in the longitudinal direction of the profile by inserting the ends of the part into the corresponding notches.
Other details and particularities of the invention will emerge from the description given below, by way of nonlimiting example, of a particular embodiment of the subject of the invention.
Figure 1 is an elevational view, partially broken away, of a comb according to the invention.
Figure 2 is a plan view of the comb shown in Figure 1.

The comb shown in the figures essentially comprises a support 1 having the shape of a T-profile and a rectangular part 2 carrying two rows of teeth 3 and 4. The support 1 is extended at one of its ends by a handle 5, while 'a strip of fabric 6 is stretched over the core 7 of the profile forming the support 1.
The rectangular part 2 has a longitudinal slot 8 between the two rows of teeth 3 and 4, the width and length of which are slightly greater respectively than the thickness and the length of the core 7 of the profile 1.
The section 1 has, at one of its ends, a notch 9 extending in the longitudinal direction of the section 1, while the other end of the section 1 has a recess 10 having the appearance of an L. One of the branches determines a notch

11 having the same shape as the notch 9 provided at the other end and extending in the same direction as this @@@@ st.
The other branch of the L extends perpendicularly to the wings 12 of the section 1, the width, along the longitudinal direction of the section 1, of the part of the recess corresponding to this branch, being at least equal to the distance between the corresponding end of the rectangular part 2 and the slot leading to this end.
During assembly of the comb according to the invention, the strip of fabric 6 is first applied over the entire length of the core 7 of the profile 1. Then, the rectangular part 2 is applied by its slot 8 on the core 7 of the profile. 1 centers the wings 12 of the latter, thus making it possible to keep the strip of fabric 6 wedged between the support 1 and the rectangular part 2. To this end, the latter is preferably made of a substantially elastic material, thus pressing against said strip of fabric 6.
In a following operation, the rectangular part 2 is moved on the support 1 towards the handle 5 so as to bring the ends of this part into the corresponding notches, respectively 9 and 11, now thus, thanks to the frictional resistance of the strip of fabric 6, the part 2 in a substantially stationary position, while ensuring very easy removal of the part 2 and, consequently, of the strip of fabric 6. This is in fact necessary to allow replace the fabric strip 6.
The comb according to the invention therefore does not have any movable or removable attachment for fixing the strip of fabric on the aforementioned support. This fixing is in fact made by clamping the strip of fabric on the support by simply fitting this support into the part carrying the teeth.

When using the comb according to the invention, the strip of fabric rubs against the hair and thus absorbs the excess seborrhea produced by the hair. This strip of fabric 6 makes it possible to obtain at the same time a better result as regards the arrangement of the hair compared to the comb generally used.
In addition, by printing the strip of fabric beforehand with a suitable product, such as a relatively concentrated dye, this product can be distributed uniformly over the hair when using said comb. The latter therefore allows very easy and very rapid dyeing of the hair, strand by strand.
The support for the fabric strip can advantageously be hollow and perforated on the side carrying the fabric strip. In this case, the support can serve at the same time as a reservoir for the product to be applied uniformly to the hair. The perforations of the support are then such that they impregnate (1 fabric, as the comb is used, with the product contained in the reservoir.
It is understood that the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and that many variants can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the present patent.
Thus, for example, the comb can be made with a single row of teeth; the backing for the fabric strip may have any suitable shape.
CLAIMS.
1. Comb comprising at least one row of teeth, characterized in that it has, facing the lower part of this row of teeth, a support on which a strip of fabric can be fixed in a removable manner, this cloth rubbing against the hair when using the comb.
