La présente invention est relative à un fermoir pour réunir des premier et second brins d'un bracelet souple, ledit fermoir comportant des première et seconde lames articulées entre elles par l'une de leurs extrémités, lesdites lames comportant des moyens pour venir se fixer l'une sur l'autre en position de fermeture, I'autre extrémité de la première lame étant pourvue d'une barrette pour la fixation articulée du premier brin du bracelet sur la première lame, tandis que l'autre extrémité de la seconde lame est munie d'une boucle pour la fixation articulée du second brin du bracelet sur la seconde lame, ce second brin étant pourvu d'une pluralité de perforations.PORTFOLIO FASTENER WITH BUCKLE
