Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Bremsanordnung (10) für eine Gleitbrettbindung, insbesondere für eine Tourenbindung, wobei die Bremsanordnung (10) zwischen einer Bremsstellung und einer Gleitstellung verstellbar ist, umfassend eine Basis (20) zur Befestigung an einem Gleitbrett und/oder an der Gleitbrettbindung, ein Pedal (30), welches an seiner dem Gleitbrett abgewandten Seite eine Trittfläche (32) für einen Schuh, insbesondere für einen Fersenabschnitt eines Skischuhs, aufweist, einen Bremsarm (40) , welcher an der Basis (20) und an dem Pedal (30) gelagert ist, und ein elastisches Element (50) , welches dazu eingerichtet ist, die Bremsanordnung (10) in die Bremsstellung vorzuspannen, wobei das elastische Element (50) derart zwischen der Basis (20) und dem Bremsarm (40) angeordnet ist, dass es direkt auf den Bremsarm (40) wirkt, und der Bremsarm (40) derart an dem Pedal (30) gelagert ist, dass bei einer Verstellung der Bremsanordnung (10) von der Gleitstellung in die Bremsstellung eine auf den Bremsarm (40) wirkende Kraft des elastischen Elements (50) eine Bewegung des Bremsarms (40) sowohl in horizontaler als auch in vertikaler Richtung bewirkt, und/oder wobei die Bremsanordnung (10) ferner ein Verriegelungselement (70) umfasst, welches zwischen einer aktiven Stellung und einer passiven Stellung verstellbar ist und dazu eingerichtet ist, in der aktiven Stellung eine Bewegung des Bremsarms (40) in horizontaler Richtung zu blockieren, derart dass die Bremsanordnung (10) in der Gleitstellung verriegelt ist.
