Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von Kunststoffteilen mit einer Permanganat enthaltenden Behandlungslösung, wobei die Konzentration an Karbonatverbindungen in der Behandlungslösung durch Entfernung von Karbonatverbindungen mittel Ausfrieren und einer nachfolgenden Filtration auf einen Wert von weniger als 200 g/1, wobei die Behandlungslösung Natriumpermanganat enthält. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Vorrichtung zur zumindest anteiligen Regeneration einer Permanganat enthaltenden Behandlungslösung, die der Behandlung und/oder dem Ätzen von Kunststoffteilen dient, durch Reduzierung einer Konzentration von in der Behandlungslösung enthaltenden Karbonatverbindungen zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens, wobei die Vorrichtung zumindest einen mit zu regenerierender Behandlungslösung zu beaufschlagendem Kühlbehälter aufweist, dem eine Filtereinrichtung zur Abtrennung der aus der Behandlungslösung abzutrennenden Karbonatverbindungen aus der Behandlungslösung nachgeschaltet ist; und außerdem die Verwendung der Erfindung zur Durchführung eines solchen Verfahrens.
